Goods preparation
Under normal circumstances, watchesin.com takes less than 24 hours days to get the watch ready.

Delivery method
We mainly use EMS and AIRMAIL for shipping, and is highly recommended for most regions. Furthermore, TNT, UPS,DHL will be supported later. If you want to learn more details about shippment,please read the details below..

Shipping fee
Normally its $20 for each watch, if you order more than one watch in one order, the second watch will be supplied with free shipping.

Custom
Our costumers do not need to worry about whether or not they can pass the custom successfully. We cooperate with DHL/EMS/UPS to help costumers finish custom procedures. So far, the Customs declaration percentage of our products has reached 100%.
You can also make a phone call to the local post office to get an idea of how your order is going on.

Order Tracking:
When you purchase from our website, we can confidently assure that your shipment will be sent promptly and arrive secure and intact to your door. You can track your shippment through the tracking system provided as well as contact our customer service via email.

Shipping Problems:
If an International order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by watchesin.com. If the item is received damaged, please contact watchesin.com within five business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box as our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all we are required to wait 28 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.

Lost Package Policy
When the goods you acquired was lost during the delivery, it is required to wait for 30 days-we will try to track down the package way. In case we do not find the package during the mentioned period, we will send you a new one again.

Returns / Exchanges

We offer a 7 day exchange policy.
- Watches may be exchanged if you get the watches that are totally different with what was ordered.
- Watches has quality problem and cannot be repaired (although our watches have high quality).

If you met the above problem, please follow:
- Send us an email about the problem as you received the watches within 7 days as you received. We will reply you in 24 hours.
- Make sure that the products in its original condition. That means the product hasn’t been sized, worn, plastic removed, damaged and so on.
- Pay for the price difference if you exchange another one (if there is any).

Note: We will make sure to compensate any possible defect of the watches, in case it is the manufacturer’s fault. However, if the timepiece has been damaged intentionally or accidentally during delivering or wearing, this kind of damage will not be covered.

We offer a 7 day refund policy.
- Please send us an email within 7 days as you received about your reason before you send back the goods. We will process it in 24 hours, so that we can avoid unnecessary costs on both sides.
- The goods must be in its original presentation box. That means the product hasn’t been sized, worn, plastic removed, damaged and so on. We can not accept a return if it is not in the EXACT same condition as we shipped to you.
- We’ll refund you the amount you paid for the item without shipping fee.
- All returns are at the customers’ own cost. We recommend that you insure the package, if you choose not to insure it ,you will be liable for lost or damaged product.

Note: 7 days policy-- the item is returned within 7 days of purchase (from the day the goods is signed for /received).
